In 2022, Evidence Capital partnered with Aurelia Gantier, a recognized professional in real estate financing, to establish an advisory firm specializing in real estate asset financing. Its mission is to support, advise, and assist professional and institutional real estate investors in their financial transactions and to connect them with lenders. In 2023, Evidence Capital Advisory expanded into the renewable energy sector.
Evidence Capital Advisory is registered in France with ORIAS n°23005774 as a Broker in Banking Transactions and Payment Services (COBSP) and is a member of ANACOFI-COURTAGE. Financial Guarantee and Professional Insurance N°7400020514.
History
Evidence Capital is an advisory firm founded in 2014, with offices in Paris and London. Its goal was to help top real estate managers in raising funds from institutional and family office investors.
In 2022, beyond real estate, Evidence Capital expanded its activities to include debt, private equity, and infrastucture.
Evidence Capital is both registered and regulated in the UK (FCA) and in France (AMF)¹.

Aurelia Gantier

Graduated from Paris-Dauphine university with a Master in corporate finance and financial engineering, Aurelia worked for BayernLB in structured finance and for The Royal Bank of Scotland as associate director in Real Estate Finance. She subsequently specialized in real estate debt advisory, joining Shift Capital as partner, where she spent ten years and completed more than 80 transactions totaling 2 billions euros.
